The CAP program has prepared more than 100 Cal State undergraduates by honing professional

Let’s Work Together to Move the Needle on STEM Education

Optimism continues to build for increased investment in public education in California, with leadership sounding from Governor Newsom, the State Legislature and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond. The California STEM Network is working hard to make certain that the many regional STEM education networks throughout the state are part of this discussion, helping to guide and inform new policies with the wisdom and knowledge gained through years of research and on-the-ground work. Soon after last November’s elections, the California STEM Network hosted a statewide meeting attended by nine of our eleven regional STEM networks. The outcome of that gathering was consensus arou
